Forget the nest atlas. Open a map of the old town instead. PokéStops are built around player-nominated landmarks, so their density tends to cluster around plaques, statues, murals, churches, and fountains. Historic centers, museum districts, and university campuses are drowning in them. Business parks and airport hotels are dead zones. If your itinerary already covers the tourist core, it already covers the best spawn rate in the city.
Three habits pay off on any trip:
● Walk the water. Rivers, harbors, and coastal paths push water-type spawns, which is how most traveling trainers finally find a wild Corsola.
● Loop the big park. Parks act as nests, spawning one species in bulk for about two weeks before rotating. Ueno Park, Central Park, Hyde Park: pick the obvious one, walk a lap, and notice what keeps repeating.

Remote raiders also hit softer than the trainers standing at the gym.
